Investment Criteria
We give loans to small and medium-sized commodity traders and commodity sellers/buyers.
Commodities financed include oil & gas products, metals and soft agricultural products.
We provide short term working capital facility from $0.5MM to $10MM.
Each transactional deal within the facility has a duration of approximately 45 days.
Structures include asset based loan, receivable finance, inventory finance, supply chain finance, prepayment loan, pre-export finance, purchase order finance, repos, goods-in-transit finance and forfaiting.
Borrower typically pledges the commodity inventory and/or receivable as loan collateral. -
