Report issue option allows a user to provide feedback on a specific introduction that was made on SMERGERS platform. Once an issue gets reported, depending on the feedback provided, SMERGERS reaches out to the concerned user to resolve the issue. Kindly note the process of reaching out to the concerned user and resolving the matter may take up to a week.

How to report the issue - Login to your dashboard using your registered email id. Click on the number below “Introductions” as shown below.

Introductions page with all the introductions made so far opens up. Choose the introduction for which the issue needs to be reported and click on "Report Issue" button as shown below.

Please be advised that issues should be reported only for legitimate reasons and only after you have made every effort to contact the other party and resolve the matter. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you may report it objectively within 30 days of introduction, including all necessary details and evidence for SMERGERS to effectively address the concern. Kindly note that repeated misuse of this feature or reporting issues without adhering to the appropriate guidelines may result in the suspension of your profile without further notice.
