- Beauty salon related infrastructure and 2 mobile beauty vans are up for sale. The mobile beauty vans are owned by the business. The salon is located inside an IT center.
- The legal entity is not up for sale. Only the business' assets are available for the transaction. We may be able to offer staff along with the assets but we can't commit to it as they are on leave. The new buyer can continue operating the salon on the same premises.
- A customer database of 250 - 300 customers is also included along with the rest of the deal.
- The following infrastructure is available inside the salon: 3 hair stations, 1 shampoo station, 1 pedicure station, 1 facial/ massage room with bed & water point, 1 makeup room, 1 nail art section, 1 small pantry, and 1 toilet.
- Along with the beauty salon, 2 mobile beauty salon vans are also included in the transaction. The make of the 2 vehicles are Tempo Traveller. Each mobile van has 1 shampoo station, 1 pedicure station, 1 facial/massage bed, 1 0.8 ton AC, separate water tanks for storage and disposal, generator supply and provision for direct electricity supply.
- The consumables inventory like shampoo and nail paint are not included in the transaction.
- For the 2.5 months that the business was operational, we used to generate INR 1.5 lakh to INR 2 lakh on a monthly basis.
- Assets are extremely new and have been used for only 2.5 months.
