We have already sole 7 master franchises in various states in India. We are currently working with 1,600 B2B clients and source our products from 32 different brands.
The monthly sales and profit margin that the sales partner can expect is based on what the business is currently generating.

What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
Roles and responsibilities of the sales partner include-
The unit franchise has to open its 1 store within 60 Days from the date of signing of an LOI and unit's Role is to look out the territory as the owner of the brand of the said Territory.
Unit Role is to provide regular & constant updates on the development of the territory & franchise documents for the Unit.
Is to provide feedback on the franchise profile & location to finalize with the franchise.
UNIT to manage the unit under their territory, organize the sales incentive plan at the unit level, and organize the franchise meeting on the company/product/revenue structure/incentive plan/ R&D development.
Assist in monitoring and managing the business to make sure that the best business practices get implemented at the franchisee end to run it profitably as well as to have satisfied customers. CCTV access to the warehouse & office should be given to HO.
UNIT Franchise should maintain all the times all respective licenses, quality of the product, staffing, and auditing to his store & Unit Franchise Store.
Stepwise training programs (start-up phase, operating phase, and growth phase) will be given by the Principal Company.
Liaison with Brand in the implementation of all strategies at the Unit level.
Liaison with the brand in ensuring that all raw materials and consumables provided by the brand reach the Unit franchise outlet timely and consistent.
Don't neglect to invest in building and developing the franchise system in your territory, as this can lead to poor performance and damage to the brand reputation.
Don't deviate from the franchisor's guidelines and standards, as this can lead to inconsistencies in quality and damage to the brand's reputation.
Don't neglect to maintain open lines of communication with the franchisor, as this can lead to misunderstandings and disagreements.
Contractual obligations: The franchisee must abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the franchise agreement, including maintaining certain standards of quality, paying royalties and fees, and adhering to the franchisor's operating procedures.
Inventory SOP - Stock audit periodically should be checked for shrinkage & loss prevention.
