- We are a hospitality company in Jamaica that is seeking to raise seed/equity capital of up to USD 30,000 at a rate of USD 0.01 per share for 9% or 9,000,000 shares of our company.

This bond called a Financial Performance Guarantee Bond will secure the investment loan and ultimately release the funds to our company so we may begin our business operations in Jamaica in February of this year. The funds will be also used to set up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company with bank account as well as to take out an insurance bond policy for our investment partners to provide funding to us.

Products & Services Overview
We will be offering accommodations at our hotels and villas as well as providing many of the usual resort amenities and services such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, spas, sports bars, casinos, cinemas, nightclubs, marinas, gyms, shopping centers, conference centers and shuttles.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We will host events at our hotels and resorts such as weddings ceremonies & receptions, retreats, reunions, concerts as wells as other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and engagement parties. On behalf of our guests, we will also plan and offer them tours & excursions to popular tourist attractions throughout the island of Jamaica. Travel services such as taxi, chauffeurs, car rental, luxury bus & limo rides will be offered.

As we fully establish ourselves in Jamaica, we will be offering other hospitality products and services such as sea cruises, air cruises, yacht charters, private jet charters, and ferry services. We will also be selling foods & beverages produced on our farm at our own supermarkets, providing entertainment by streaming and broadcasting music, films and sports as well as staging live entertainment events.

Facilities Overview
We are temporarily headquartered in Portmore, Jamaica and will be renting office space or office building in Kingston, Jamaica when we have received our investment loan. We will then acquire at least 40 turnkey hotels, resorts and villas to begin earning revenues almost immediately. We plan to construct our permanent corporate headquarters in Portland, Jamaica.

The company is being funded presently from the salary of the Owner/Founder who is the President & CEO. He has 60% ownership of the company which is 60 million shares out of the total 100 million shares. 12 other individuals who are executive officers and directors own from 0.05 to 0.2% of the company which is a combined total of 1,250,000 shares.
