New floor also has 3 Modular OTs, a labor room with a maternity ward, and 3 beds high dependency unit.
Owned 1st and 2nd floor property.
Capitalization Overview
Currently business is funded by partners and bank loan.1st partner has 60% equity and 2nd partner has 40% equity.
