· Accounts payable: This includes vendor payment & employee reimbursement process outsourcing either onsite or off-site from our office.
· Accounts Receivable: This activity starts with Invoicing to the client till the final recovery of the Outstanding. We have well-defined processes for invoice dispatching & follow-up process to recover the amount as per timelines/credit periods.
· General ledger accounting: This includes accounting of the client till books closing & audit facing.
· Reconciliation: Any kind of reconciliation like bank reconciliation, vendor balance reconciliation, and CMS reconciliation.
Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO)
· 3rd party payroll manpower.
· Recruitment services. The company's physical assets include laptops, RFID scanners, barcode scanners, barcode printers, and colour printers. Currently, the team is working from home and 1 seat at a WeWork in Mumbai. - Business is entirely funded internally.
