The restaurant is well known for serving seafood to customers. It is located near a famous shopping mall and also has a metro station nearby which gives us a high customer footfalls. Restaurant largely receives walk-in customers as compared to orders from online food delivery apps. Before COVID-19, we used to serve 80+ walk-in customers and 10+ online orders. After COVID-19, the number of customers have reduced and we are currently serving 20+ walk-in customers and 15+ online orders. Our run rate revenue has dropped due to COVID-19.
