The Concept;

A) 100+ named (unusual) niche categories covering Vanilla & Bdsm Kink & Fetish Categories – so that every girl next door can choose and say, ‘That category fits me ‘. And for models that have a different look to just stick thin, to find a category that suits them. It means fans find their favorite creators/models under these individual category names. The category name reflects what type of content they will see. Creators/models choose which category they want to be listed under. It’s where fans will find them (as shown/linked to from their individual profile page). We have a method that ensures all creators/models get an equal chance of their profile photo being seen every time any of these niche categories is clicked on by a fan. Most models/creators have a look. Some are slim, some are curvy etc. We propose to open up the subscription categories with original niche categories, where models/creators can find a category that reflects their look & persona. Something no other platform has done to the extent we will do it. So all creators/models who want to do this can work safely from home and earn a substantial income from their side hustle. They can find at least 1 category that reflects the way they look and are. There are a handful of categories for male creators too.

We are looking for an investor/s who can invest a substantial amount to get this off the ground. About 80% of the investment is to cover advertising/promotions/publicity on the main social platforms (day and night for 12 months) eg; TikTok |Facebook/Meta|Instagram|Google|YouTube| Reddit| Snapchat|WhatsApp|Tumblr| etc.

We’ve already bought the software to run this, which now needs to be customized/branded. We need to work closely with 2 full-time full stack developers, to guide and ensure the configuration meets our requirements.

We’ve already created supporting websites that will drive traffic to the site via banners on those sites.

There is a placeholder page on the main domain, that only invited investors we approve of will be given sight of. We have a new index page to grab the attention of any new visitor to the platform. No other subscription platform is doing what we are proposing.

There are many other promotional/publicity ideas in the pipeline that We haven’t mentioned here. Our research shows fans ardently want these types of niche categories we've created, so they can find creators/models types they like without guesswork.

It’s also about having funding to cover business operations (up to 20% of investment) costs for;

A) 2 Dedicated (full time) full stack developers.

B) 2 - 4 (full time) office staff to start.

C) CEO salary.

D) Move to a larger office facility.

E) Global Trademark Applications.

F) Legal and contractual fees.

G) New co-incorporation (possibly offshore) tba.

H) Other day to day operational running costs.

I) Digital/Media/Copyright Insurance.

On our new platform, the niche categories allow all manner of everyday girls to fit into a niche they feel comfortable with. Creators/models can be a boss in their chosen category/s. And if they meet our (mcpt) each month, can add another category. So if they have the time, can be listed under 1, 2, 3, different category names. Which means their earning potential goes up exponentially. We’ve introduced a minimum content posting threshold (MCPT), to ensure fans get value for money. Fans also can find the exact content they are looking for, be it good girl next door vanilla themes or BDSM kinky fetish themes. This represents a sea change and makes it the most unique financial investment opportunity. We need to hit the ground running hard. So are looking for a substantial investment immediately.

The average OF creator: model earns $180/month if we use a similar earnings revenue model. whereby we take a 20% fee.

That equates to $36/month we take from each creator/models earnings. Which begs the question. How many creators/models can we sign up? And how many fans will subscribe to them monthly by next year?

The crucial figures that really matter are how many creator/models/fans will sign up. That will be determined by how much advertising money is available for each/every day/night/ month, for the next 12 months. The larger that figure, the quicker success can come. It’s a numbers game. Also an advantage if (as well as a substantial amount of funding) you have considerable knowledge about subscription platforms, developer knowledge/configurations, and are well versed in social media advertising.

We stated $180/month as a guide to what the average creators/model earns on OF (stats available online). Through large advertising revenues, how many creator/models/fans will sign up each month? 1k, 10k, 50k, 100k? We take 20% of all creator/model earnings. This is a live situation, we can only reveal more, if a potential investor is offering substantial (proof of) genuine investment ASAP, then we’d sit down face to face and get this done. We’ve only revealed 10% of the reasons why this will work. We prefer a UK investor, so we can do ongoing face to face meetings. But failing that will consider an overseas investor. But again if you are an overseas investor, be prepared to meet face to face in UK.

We have to believe you are genuine, before we will offer you up to 25% (max) of this business. This is a truly genuine opportunity that I am reluctantly canvassing for funds to launch. If I had those funds myself I would not give any % away. We’d do this under our own steam. We don’t have access to venture capitalists or stock market capital. Unfortunately we don’t have the substantial funds needed to draw eyes and sign ups through major advertising and promotions on the big socials. Only those who sense this is a huge money making opportunity, and can confirm they have an investment amount that we deem is suitable, and are ready to go with this.
