- We produce very high-precision injection moulds and have done export work in the past as well.

- Pre-Covid we had no cash flow issues, high revenue, and 40 full-time employees. We suffered from a debt spiral the last few years and are on the road to recovery now. We were cash-positive last year.

- Six retrofitted German VMC machines worth INR 1.5 crore. The body looks old but the all machines have been retrofitted.

- Remaining 10-15 EDM and Makino machines worth INR 30 lakh.

All the machines are of German make.

We currently operate from a leased facility of 10,000 sqft on Sinhagad Road. However, we are in the midst of relocating to a new facility of 7,500 sqft. in the Talawade area to reduce our overheads.

- Currently, 97% of shares are held by a German national through their German entity and the remaining 3% is with the Indian promoter.
