    A luxury charter boat for travel along Indonesian islands seeks funding.
    Newly established luxury boat charter business. - Growing market, low costs to build the boat compared to yacht -> high ROI. - Full year the boat is operating. - Raised USD 300k already, and now we need the rest of the funding. - HQ is registered in Singapore, but the operations will be based out of Bali, Indonesia. - We'll need 1.5 years to build a fully ready boat. - Have developed boat architecture and 3D exterior/interior so far. - The boat will be built in Sulawesi, Tanah Beru, and already found the contractor to build the boat. - 2 founders, one has solid experience in management (last company with 210 staff, venture studio), and another founder has an experience of 25 years as a cruise director. - Have planned onboarding of 14 full-time staff including 3 engineers, captains, chefs, etc. Other cruise members will be part-time employees. - 4 people have already committed to join the first trip. - High ROI is projected for the business (1st year of operating boat is 10%, 2nd year 30%, starting from 3rd year 40%) - Unique value proposition of the business is the GTM (Go to the market) strategy, boat design, service level and itineraries.
