    - Trading company that sells laboratory glassware, chemicals, and equipment. - The business was established in 1952 and was transformed into a private limited company in 1993. - Company has very high credibility with suppliers and customers. - Have more than 100 vendors, of which 30 are regular. - We have more than 300 customers, of which around 100 are regulars. - We also regularly export goods to a couple of countries in the African continent and Sri Lanka and working on a few customers in some other countries. - 5% of our revenue is from exports, while 95% comes from domestic sales. - Our revenue was constantly increasing till 2019. There was a little dip during the Covid period. - There is a term loan of of INR 1 crore. We use not more than INR 50 - INR 60 lakh from this. - Accounts receivable of about INR 2 crore and accounts payable are about INR 77 lakh. - The company has 10 shareholders; 4 individuals hold almost 95% of the shares and the rest is split among 6 individuals. - 100% of the shares will be transferred to the buyer in this sale.
