- The promoters are experienced board members with more than 200+ combined years of experience. One of the promoters is engaged with several project-investment vehicles (SPVs), chairman of international investment-boards and active companies, seeking acquisitions. Being an international M&A specialist he is presently focused on national and international M&A, financial transactions, and technology. Recently amidst the corona crisis, he has closed four nonpublic transactions for three property portfolios and one renewable energy portfolio very successfully. He has advised on, negotiated and closed transactions himself and is presently working on a portfolio size of in total several billion euros.

- We will establish a business if we can conclude a deal. It will either be in the tech or real estate segment registered in Germany.
