Corporate Acquirer in Johannesburg Looking to Buyout Alcoholic Beverage Businesses Upto ZAR 30 million

We are a group of companies that manufacturers carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages (RTD's), and beer. We have recently purchased RedRock brewery from Douglas Green, a cider house from Eyethu beverages and we are constructing our own aluminium can plant. We also have six filling plants, a PET preform plant, CO2 production capacity and will commence with the construction of a large scale commercial brewery in the coming months. The company is a major player in the SA market and is predominantly based in Gauteng.

Acquiring / Buying a Business, Buying Business Assets

- We are interested in the acquisition of ongoing concerns by way of asset and employee transfer (no purchasing of shares in existing legal entities).

- Currently, we would like to add brandy and / or whisky to our basket of goods and are looking for existing distilleries in the market.

- We are also a beer manufacturer and exploring possible vertical integration of malt production into our operations.

- We have a supplier's base across South Africa.
