About Trade Scape
This is a proposal for the (Right to Use License) of our Business - Trade Scape.
Trade Scape is a stock market education platform wherein we conduct workshops/classes for beginners on trading & investing in the markets.
Thus we have got the entire Infrastructure built behind the business such as –
1. A professional fully functional website (with workshop bookings system and payment gateway built-in)
2. A 360 slides long course material (in PowerPoint format) that has been copyrighted under the Indian Copyrights Act, 1957 covering every topic from beginner level stuff to advanced strategies.
3. Marketing materials such as banners & flyers templates (for physical marketing distribution), digital creative ads – images and videos (for social media ad campaigns)
In short, it’s a complete plug and plays setup for someone interested to run a business in the tock market/ forex market education domain.
What’s included is an (as it is) website as that of Trade Scape, the license to use our course material commercially, access to our marketing and promotional contents, and complete business platform set up as well all customizations, changes, and modifications for your new business done on our end.
Basically, the whole Infrastructure except the copyrights of the course and the domain name. The licensee just needs to have their own brand name and a domain of the same and they are good to go. The licensee can name the business any name they wish to and they are good to go just like if it’s their own new venture.
The website requires no coding to operate as its made on the Wix platform and thus can be edited & managed by anyone with no coding experience in a simple drag & drop interface provided by Wix.
Since this is an online business the EBITDA margin is as high as 70% as the overhead cost is low. The sales figure is based on the revenue generated by the outlets. Trade Scape no longer conducts live workshops due to other commitments but had 20-25 students attending every workshop when they conducted.
This proposal is for anyone looking to start a similar venture who can simply partner with us & take advantage of a readymade business infrastructure of using our website & course material instead of building everything from scratch.
And the best part is that it's not exactly a franchise in real terms as the licensee shall run the business under their very own brand name which will be just as a brand new business built by them.

What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
Licensee will be having a new brand of their own, they are free to promote it whichever way they please. They will have all rights to do so.
They will have the right to run workshops in multiple locations and cities or if they pursue the business online, they are free to run workshops across the world. They can even turn the business into an Institute.
They will have the right to make all necessary changes to the website, changes to the content of the course as required, the course structure as well as includes new topics and subjects.
They will also have the right to set their own pricing structure (charge more or charge less, whichever way suits them. )
They have the right to conduct any number of workshops, have any number of students with no royalties of yearly fees or any kind of affiliation to Trade Scape. They will have all right to function as an independent business.
They have the right to choose any brokerage they want to have a sub-broker partnership with, partner with multiple brokerages at the same time, or even choose not to partner with any if they so desire.
In short, they have all rights to do business as they please.
There are, however, a few things they are not allowed to do. The Licensee will not have the rights to use the course material for any other purpose other than their own commercial use such as the publishing of a book using the course material or unauthorized distribution of printed/digital version of the course material.
The licensee also will not have the right to sell/lease/license the mentioned course material/business infrastructure nor its ‘Right to Use License’ to anyone and can use the mentioned course material only for his own commercial use.

Complete customized business set up - We set up the entire business customized for the licensee on our end which shall include the following services:
A. Assistance to set up a new brand name and domain for the same.
B. Assistance to design the brand logo and theme.
C. Designing and customizing the website to include all changes required from logo, content, design, workshop ticketing system set up, contacts, links, and everything else that needs change.
D. Set up the Mobile site.
E. Set up a Wix account for the licensee and connect the domain to the same.
F. Set Up a payment gateway on the website to accept bookings and payments from customers.
G. Set up a Facebook business page for the brand to run marketing campaigns.
H. Set up a customized WhatsApp business account for the brand.
I. Create the first set of customized creative ad designs for social media marketing campaigns.
K. Assist with any other changes and modifications needed.
The licensee shall be in the know-how of every change that’s done and will be tutored as to how to operate everything on their end after the end of our services.
