What are some of the things we look for in a Sales Partner?

- Each outlet will function like an independent office and operate the business.

- Sales Partner shall be compensated on a success basis.

- For each consultant lead that results in the award of a contract to CFOCentre, the sales partner shall be compensated as follows:

1) Ten percent (10%) of the Adjusted Gross Profits (AGP), (AGP = Gross Revenue Cost of Goods Sold), realized and received by CFOCentre.

2) Five percent (5%) of the Adjusted Gross Profits (AGP) received by CFOCentre from any reorder from a consultant-client.

- Consultant shall seek out investment opportunities for CFOCentre in the territory and aid and assist CFO capital fundraising efforts throughout Asia, responding to inquiries from the area, actively contacting potential investors, individual investors, and organizations seeking US investment opportunities.

- These efforts would require the sales partner to introduce, educate and assist these potential investors as to the existing CFOCentre offerings.

- In addition, to aid and assist our capital fundraising efforts that may be ongoing, consultant shall aid and assist our efforts to find and pursue grant opportunities from government agencies, NGOs, and other such organizations, for funding and projects.

- The sales partners would be our corporate liaison throughout the area.

- The sales partner will be provided with adequate resources, networks and capital to fund the operations. We will assist the smooth transition of the CFOCentre regional hub and provide necessary training and brand introduction to the partner.

- The global brand value of CFOCentre will be attached to their expansion plans which will be an added benefit.

- The sales partner will be a part of any kind of marketing activities, conferences and business development plans initiated for that territory.
