Project idea: - This investment project (“Project”) envisages the construction of a hotel complex (the “Complex”) in Almaty Oblast. - The Complex stands on a 7.5 ha site, which is sufficient for realizing the Project and its subsequent expansion. - The location is attractive for year-round tourism, including accommodation in guest homes, pools, saunas, cafes and restaurants, cycling, sports, and other recreational events. - No company has been registered for this project and the land is owned by an individual. Sale includes a freehold land and the petrol station building without the business operations. Buyer will not be running the business. Existing management will take care of the operations and the buyer will get a 6% yield on the investment. Petrol station has a lease agreement of 10+ years and rental revision is every 3 years.
