Waste Management Company Seeking Loan in Latur, India

- The company provides an EOI-based model running in 4 cities.

- Our plant in Renapur village has a capacity of 1 ton and we are utilizing half of it, plant in Ausa has a capacity of 10 tons out of which we are utilizing half, the 3rd plant in Ahmadabad has a 22-ton capacity, which is currently being utilized only for material recovery, and our 4th plant in Udgir has a capacity of 40 ton, but it is currently being used for dry waste and wet waste.

- We have 20 clients from multiple locations in India. The business has clients from Gujarat, Ahmedabad, and Maligaon to mention a few.

- The business also has tie-ups with 7-8 municipal corporations.

- The business has 10 office employees who take care of the administration work in the office of these 4 plants.

- The company has 9 projects in the pipeline.

- The business is registered in Pune, but it is headquartered in Latur.

We are into waste collection, transport, process, material recovery, waste segregated material LDPE, HDPE, HM, PP, MLP, PET, PVC, paper, glass, cardboard, RS, etc.

- Rented office of 750 sq ft. in the city center near Shivaji Chowk. We are paying a rent of INR 16,000.

- We have 4 plants Renapur, Ausa, Ahmadpur, and in Udgir.

1. Renapur - 1 acre.

2. Ausa - 2 acres.

3. Ahmadpur - 4 acres.

4. Udgir - 10 acres.

We have an agreement with the municipal corporation for the land and we do not pay anything.

- This is a self-funded business.

- The company has the 3 directors with 51%, 48.75%, and 0.25% shareholding respectively.

- We have a loan of INR 7L from IFCI venture capital with 4% interest.
