Please note that the above-mentioned assets are worth EUR 100,000 and are not included in the transaction yet, but we are open to selling these as well. The factory is currently located in Estonia, it can be relocated to the buyer's country if they wish to.

We currently operate from a rented space in Tallinn spanning 280 m2, which includes a two-floor office and production area with stock storage. Our facility is equipped with five sewing workstations, printing equipment, and a cutting machine.

At present, our business is funded through a diverse range of sources, and we are proud to report that we have not incurred any debts or loans, signifying our financial independence and stability.

Regarding the ownership structure of our business, it is comprised of a sole shareholder/owner.
