Producing of silicon carbide for semiconductor composites.

We do not have any physical assets yet. The only asset is the laboratory prototype samples we have gained as the result product of our investigations and know-how experience. That is the fruits of our labor that now is going to radically change perception of silicone carbide production. This is a unique method will leave behind the traditional understanding of frustrating silicon carbide production.

The enterprise will be located in an area at least of 3,000 m2 with an electrical power supply of 2,500 kW. Preferably in the Netherlands.

This business is not operational yet. The purpose at the moment is to attract investors for this idea which scopes a very valuable return. The idea has been developed by Azerbaijani and Ukrainian scientists.
