- Our company offers high quality landscaping services that fulfil a broad range of requirements of our clients.
- We have completed over 500 projects since inception and have over 100 clients who provide us with recurring business. Our clients are typically individual homeowners, schools, private companies and government organisations in Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Aurangabad and Kolhapur.
- Currently, we are completing 8 projects and providing monthly maintenance services to over 20 clients. Each project has an average duration of 2 months.
- The plants, flowers, trees, shrubs and bushes that are used in our landscaping projects are grown at our company-owned land and then transported to the project's location. Flora & fauna are bought from outside when our land does not possess adequate output to complete the project or if the client has any form of exquisite requirements.
- Our company charges a one-time landscaping fee which is essentially the price we charge for undertaking and completing the project. Once the project is completed, our clients have the option to pay us a monthly fee for our maintenance services. The fee can vary between INR 10,000 to INR 1,00,000 per month depending upon the size of the project and the number of visits the client requires every month. We also provide freelance maintenance services for small nurseries and gardens.
- Undertaking and executing landscaping projects contribute to over 80 percent of the company's total income. Maintenance services contribute to the remaining 20 percent of the total revenue.
- The owner had personal ownership of the land which he later transferred on the balance sheet of the business. Now, our company possess the ownership of the land.
