Poultry Company Investment Opportunity in Georgetown, Guyana

Our company plans to target several customer segments with our poultry products. Our primary markets will be:

• Supermarkets: We will sell whole chickens, chicken parts (breasts, thighs, drumsticks), and value-added products like chicken sausages and chicken nuggets to supermarkets. The majority of our sales volume will come from supermarkets.

• Grocers/retailers: Smaller grocers and retailers will also be targeted to sell our products, especially for customers seeking locally sourced meat and poultry. We will build strong relationships with grocers focusing on freshness, quality, and community connections.

• Restaurants: We will work with independent restaurants, restaurant chains, and institutional customers like schools, hospitals, and catering companies in our area. Having reputable restaurant customers boosts brand awareness and popularity of our products.

• Our Own Supermarket Chain: We will open a chain of 3-5 supermarkets in our local area that exclusively sell our poultry and other locally-produced agricultural products. This will provide another sales channel and an opportunity to build our brand.

• Offshore Export: Once domestic operations have stabilized, we will explore opportunities to export chicken products to the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East. Exporting allows us to diversify our revenue streams and reduces dependency on local markets.

We have identified a clear market need for high-quality, locally-produced chicken and poultry products. By focusing on customers seeking fresh, natural, and sustainable meat sources, we are well-positioned to become the preferred poultry supplier in our region.

The company has operational locations in Georgetown, Mahaicony, and along the Soesdyke Highway in Guyana. Our headquarters and main office are located in Georgetown, the capital city. This location houses our executive offices and administrative staff.

We operate a hatchery in Mahaicony which has the capacity to hatch over 100,000 chicks per week to supply our farms and third-party customers. The hatchery facility includes incubators, sanitation equipment, a veterinary lab, and climate-controlled housing.

Our three poultry farms spanning over 5,000 acres are located in prime agricultural areas along the Soesdyke Highway. Each farm operates six poultry houses able to hold up to 100,000 chickens. We employ highly trained staff and utilize advanced equipment, feed, and health management systems to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Within the next three years, we plan to open additional farms and hatcheries in other regions of Guyana to expand our operational capacity. By increasing our locations and facilities nationally, we will be positioned to become Guyana’s top poultry producer and a major exporter of poultry products to the Caribbean region and beyond.

Currently funded by its director and some small investors, the company is offering 30% equity to investors. There's a 70/30 split.
