Company selling fertilizers & pesticides under own brand name, through distributors all over India.

Company sells fertilizers & pesticides under its own brand name starting from Uttar Pradesh (UP) than to other states. It's currently at the initial stage and we have built a network with 100+ distributors all over India and established a tie-up with 4 third-party manufacturers. We have also built a network with 1,500 farmers to sell our products.
Our third-party manufactures have initiated the manufacturing process and we project to generate our first sales starting next month. We are also planning to set up our small factory on 2 acres of land (owned by promoter) to reduce the production cost and are seeking funds to buy machinery.
