- A commercial real estate project development company seeking to sell their upcoming resort project in Brajdić selo, Rakovica.
- The project consists of: hotel and villas with swimming pool, 50 mobile camp houses which are not constructed yet and a running restaurant which is currently rented out.
Project is planned in 3 phases:
- Phase 1: Boutique hotel with 8 four star apartments suited for 4 persons each, restaurant, and 1 exclusive penthouse apartment for eight people as well as one villa with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.
- Phase 2: 3 villas with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna and jacuzzi and separate fitness wellness standalone object.
- Phase 3: Glamping site with possibility of 50 luxurious modular houses each on large plot with privacy, jacuzzi and horticulture. On this plot there will be also winter pool.
- Phase 1 and 2 are under construction on a land plot of size 6,000 sqm.
