Hospitality company seeking equity funding to acquire and build luxury hotels, resorts and villas.

- We are a start-up hospitality company in Jamaica seeking equity capital of at least US$3,000,000 for 6% or 6,000,000 shares of our company at a rate of US$0.50 per share. The minimum we will accept from an individual investor is US$50,000 for 100,000 shares.

- We have been recently approved for business loans totaling US$500 million after thorough appraisals and due diligence of our Hospitality Project were conducted by 2 different international project funding companies. Loan funds will be used for start-up capital, the acquisition and renovation of several turnkey and non-operational hotels, resorts, and villas as well as the acquisition of development lands for the construction of our permanent corporate headquarters, luxury hotels & resorts, and large-scale farms.

- Equity funds will be used to pay a refundable security deposit as well as to procure a Loan Repayment Exchange Bond. Both of these securities will enable us to receive the first tranches of our business loans in the amounts of US$20 million and US$80 million from the two project funding companies. Once we have started receiving funds from our business loans, we will be able to purchase and market existing turnkey hotels, resorts & villas and begin earning revenue from them almost immediately.

- Equity investors will get FREE all-Inclusive stays for up to 2 years at any of our future hotels & resorts of their choice. All Investors and shareholders will be paid dividends monthly from revenues or net profits according to their percentage of ownership in the company. Dividends will be increased yearly as revenues increase. Investors will also be able to sell all or a portion of their shares back to us for US$1.00 per share when we have attained our business loans.

- Investors will be issued a digital copy of their shares/stock certificate which will be available for download from the online equity and shares management service at Eqvista. Investors will be registered as shareholders within 30 days at the local company registrar in Jamaica.

- Our hotels & resorts will provide a wide variety of products, services, amenities, and activities to our guests. The hotels will also have many unique features as well as present and future state-of-the-art technologies that will set them apart from our competitors. We plan to build and operate numerous hotels and resorts for a number of specialized purposes including for business, sports, families, adults, nature/eco-tourism, agri-tourism, and health/wellness/medical tourism.

- We also intend to provide our guests with food grown from our own farms; shuttle services to and from airports and our resorts; planning and hosting events such as weddings and birthday parties; providing entertainment such as concerts and stage shows; providing tours and excursions to popular tourist attractions; and travel services using a fleet of cars, buses, vans, coaches, yachts and aircraft.

- Owner/Promoter is a Jamaican citizen and has over 10 years of experience working in the financial industry as an Accounting Officer at a well-established loans company in Kingston, Jamaica. He is currently the President & CEO of our hospitality company.

- When connected, potential investors will have access to our Executive Summary, Business Plan, Pitch Deck, 5-Year Financial Projections and a brochure containing descriptions of real estate such as hotels, resorts, villas, lands and office space we would like to purchase in Jamaica.

We will be offering accommodations at our hotels and villas as well as providing many of the usual resort amenities and services such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, spas, sports bars, casinos, cinemas, nightclubs, marinas, gyms, shopping centers, conference centers and shuttles.

We will host events at our hotels and resorts such as weddings ceremonies & receptions, retreats, reunions, concerts as wells as other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and engagement parties. On behalf of our guests, we will also plan and offer them tours & excursions to popular tourist attractions throughout the island of Jamaica. Travel services such as taxi, chauffeurs, car rental, luxury bus & limo rides will be offered.

As we fully establish ourselves in Jamaica, we will be offering other hospitality products and services such as sea cruises, air cruises, yacht charters, private jet charters, and ferry services. We will also be selling foods & beverages produced on our farm at our own supermarkets, providing entertainment by streaming and broadcasting music, films and sports as well as staging live entertainment events.

The company is being funded presently from the salary of the Owner/Founder who is the President & CEO. He has 60% ownership of the company which is 60 million shares out of the total 100 million shares. 12 other individuals who are executive officers and directors own from 0.05 to 0.2% of the company which is a combined total of 1,250,000 shares. However, only 6,000,000 of the remaining 38,750,000 shares are currently available for sale at US$0.50 per share. The company has no debts and loans outstanding as yet.
