- We are a start-up hospitality company seeking equity investment/funding of US$27 million from one or more investors for up to 18% of our company.
- The minimum we will accept from a single investor is US$600,000 at a rate of US$3.00 per share. Investments of US$9 million and over will be at a rate of US$1.50 per share.
- After receiving start-up funding, we will be seeking business loans of almost US$950 million in 8 phases for the acquisition and renovation of several turnkey and non-operational hotels, resorts, and villas as well as the acquisition of development lands and the construction of permanent corporate headquarters, first luxury hotel & resort, and a couple of large-scale farms.
- Individual investors will get FREE all-Inclusive stays for up to 2 years at any of our future hotels & resorts of their choice. All Investors and shareholders will be paid dividends monthly from revenues or net profits according to their percentage of ownership in the company. Dividends will be increased yearly as revenues increase.
- Investors will be issued a digital copy of their shares/stock certificate which will be available for download from the online equity and shares management service at Eqvista. Investors will be registered as shareholders within 30 days at the local company registrar in Jamaica.
- Start-up capital will be used as working capital for fundraising, professional fees, and expenses for auditing, legal, operating, travel, security, marketing, market research, business planning, feasibility studies, architectural designing, and master planning.
- Our hotels & resorts will provide a wide variety of products, services, amenities, and activities to our guests. The hotels will also have many unique features as well as present and future state-of-the-art technologies that will set them apart from our competitors.
- We plan to build and operate numerous hotels and resorts for a number of specialized purposes including for business, sports, families, adults, nature/eco-tourism, agri-tourism, and health/wellness/medical tourism.
- We also intend to provide our guests with food grown from our own farms; shuttle services to and from airports and our resorts; planning and hosting events such as weddings and birthday parties; providing entertainment such as concerts and stage shows; providing tours and excursions to popular tourist attractions; and travel services using a fleet of cars, buses, vans, coaches, yachts and aircraft.
- Once we have startup capital, we will be able to attract larger investments in order to purchase existing turnkey hotels and resorts and begin earning revenue from them immediately.
- Owner/Promoter is a Jamaican citizen and has 10 years of experience working in the financial industry as an Accounting Officer at a well-established loans company in Kingston, Jamaica.

We will be offering accommodations at our hotels and villas as well as providing many of the usual resort amenities and services such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, spas, sports bars, casinos, cinemas, nightclubs, marinas, gyms, shopping centers, conference centers and shuttles.
We will host events at our hotels and resorts such as weddings ceremonies & receptions, retreats, reunions, concerts as wells as other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and engagement parties. On behalf of our guests, we will also plan and offer them tours & excursions to popular tourist attractions throughout the island of Jamaica. Travel services such as taxi, chauffeurs, car rental, luxury bus & limo rides will be offered.
As we fully establish ourselves in Jamaica, we will be offering other hospitality products and services such as sea cruises, air cruises, yacht charters, private jet charters, and ferry services. We will also be selling foods & beverages produced on our own farmlands and available at our own supermarkets, providing entertainment by streaming and broadcasting music, films and sports as well as staging live entertainment events.
We don't own any assets as yet.
We are temporarily headquartered in Portmore, Jamaica and would like to rent office space or office building in Kingston, Jamaica when we have received start-up funds. We plan to construct our permanent headquarters called Treasures Corporate Center in Portland, Jamaica.
The company is being funded presently from the salary of the Owner/Founder who is the President & CEO. He has 60% ownership of the company which is 60 million shares out of the total 100 million shares. 12 other individuals who are executive officers and directors own from 0.05 to 0.2% of the company which is a combined total of 1,250,000 shares in total. The remaining 38,750,000 shares are available for sale at US$1.50 or US$3.00 per share. The company has no debts and loans outstanding.
