The company has three business verticals-

1. Sell real estate (The company develops and sells real estate. This contributes to the highest revenue for the company)

2. Develop land subdivision.

3. Process client citizenship and permanent residency in Vanuatu.

Physical assets include office set up, vehicles, excavator, and other construction equipment.

507 hectares of land recently acquired. 118 subdivision lots are now on sale. The land is located in the east of the city which is the personal property of the owner.

Business is operated out of an owned building in the town area with an area of 700 sq ft. This is also the personal property of the company owner.

The company has one main shareholder with a 100% stake in the company. The company does not have any debts. The company has also a registered office and 5 employees.
