- Hotel business with 2 hotels, one 4 star annual hotel, fully equipped restaurant and 50 rooms. Another hotel is seasonal and is on lease located in the heart of tourist location.
- The business has been running for over 50 years and has won the luxury award.
- We require funds for the project. It is about acquiring the leased hotel and converting it into a boutique hotel with a lounge bar. Also planning to build a pool area with 5,000 sq m in front of the beach which is about 10,000 sq m of stretch. The sea project is to be built, we have a renting permit from the government for 20 years.
