We are a hospitality business that currently owns and operates a serviced apartment that is being rented out on Airbnb.

We are seeking investments for 2 of our properties in Srinagar that are 200 meters apart from each other. Our goal is to convert the properties into a guest house and a 3-star hotel with a restaurant and swimming pool.

The guest house is expected to start its operations during the 3rd quarter of this year.

Our hotel is expected to start its operations in 2 years' time.

Stake will be offered in these 2 projects alone.

We have close ties with agents in Kashmir who can bring in a reliable customer base for our business.

Our prior experience in the hospitality sector equips us with the necessary skills to successfully run our new projects.

We are planning to start.

- A guest house with 19 rooms.

- A 3-star hotel with 40 rooms with a swimming pool and restaurant.

- A land of 9,000 Sq Ft land with a value of Rs 5 Crore.

- Property under construction on 2,400 sq ft area of land and a built-up area of 7,500 sq ft with a total value of 4 Crore.

The Guest house has a total land area of 2,400 Sq ft and a built-up area of 7,500 Sq ft with construction of 3 floors completed. The total number of rooms planned is 19.

Our other property is land with an area of 9,000 sq ft with the plan of building a 3-star hotel in the area. The hotel will have a total of 40 rooms spanning across 4 floors. Other amenities like a swimming pool and restaurant will also be included.

The business is currently self-funded and has no debts or liabilities. Ownership is split between brothers in the family.
