- Malta-based entertainment company seeking to enhance its portfolio through recent acquisitions.

- Currently developing a private beach tourism and hospitality project.

- Planning to feature over 1,000 sunbeds, 7 restaurants, a hotel, pool clubs, a nightclub, spa facilities, pontoons, amplified music events, boat trips, and diving opportunities, with an estimated capacity of 200,000 visitors.

- The project is expected to generate an annual revenue of €30 million with a projected EBITDA of 33%.

- The construction is anticipated to be completed by the following year.

- The company will operate multiple outlets, where one outlet includes a pool club with a restaurant, bars, and a lounge area, along with a terrace.

- Additionally, it has three private beach outlets with offering over 1,000 sunbeds.

- All outlets are registered under the same entity.

Long term land rent from the Malta government, but the property constructed is completely owned.

Currently we have injected close to €14m of our own money and a € 3 million bank loan.

We need €40 million to finish the vision (can be of debt and/or equity)
