- Adult lifestyle company aiming at providing venues for the adult-liberated market, with Thailand moving to legalise adult work, this area of tourism will become validated.
- We don't have to wait for it to be announced to start laying the foundations of this well known market which is yet to be officially recognised. The market we focus on is consenting adults who need more than just nudist-friendly resorts/hotels/beaches. Our legal team and well-connected partners targeting this market are not illegal if the correct venue has the right licences. We started officially a couple of months back, with 4 events since opening and a total of over 10 prior to the company opening, currently have over 500 members spread across two platforms. Event turnout is around 95% based on ticket purchase and attendance.
Events vary from 40 to 100+ people depending on event type, we have managed to unite most of the lifestyler groups in Thailand and actively engaged within the community which has over 4,000+ expats in Thailand and over 900k local users.
Our target customer segment is high-earning and high-net-worth clients in which most of our members are high-value individuals from diplomats to business owners or executives of large corps.
Our approach is the same as Soho House where the members give the purposes of the location but at the end of the day, we are more than just an events or hospitality management company but a property asset management company.
The average registration fee per event per person is THB 5k.
- We have conducted 4 events so far in 3rd party places and each of our event generates sales of THB 280k with a cap of 40 people, where we have a 30% profit margin. Once we have our own venue we will be generating a higher profit margin of up to 60%.

We have rented out a 3 story building to turn into a permanent location to offer unique workshops and ongoing events. The building is located in Ratchada.
The rent for the building is THB 45k per month.
We are currently self-funded with a total of currently 3 main partners and a possible 2 more pre-seed partners to help fund events. Events currently pull in THB 280k in sales revenue and we do one event a month to breakeven, currently, the events are pure branding and marketing drives as using 3rd party venues for this particular set of customers requires a particular/suitable venue which has a high overhead which is why we are looking to renovate our own location and have 2 events per week.
