- We are an authorized service provider for brands such as Samsung, LG home appliances, and have become an authorized partner for refurbishment of Jio phones since Feb 2018.

- We are authorized to refurbish Jio phones throughout the Western India, excluding Gujarat. Till date we have refurbished more than 1 lakh Jio devices.

- We receive faulty devices at our refurbishment facility from Jio service centers around the state, and once we process these devices, they are collected and distributed to service centers.

- Currently we are only doing Level 1 and 2 refurbishment, that includes only cosmetic changes in the devices. We have received authorization for carrying out Level 3 and 4, which includes chip level changes too.
