1. Industrial buildings: Construction of industrial buildings, offices, workshops, pre-engineered buildings, electrical substations, security gates, and fencing works.
2. Building maintenance services: Major maintenance, repair, and renovation of residential and office buildings, as well as industrial facilities. Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, fire alarm, fire protection, CCTV surveillance, access control, telecommunication, low current and electrical works, smart lighting control, street lighting, plumbing network, and light fabrication works.
3. Plant & utilities maintenance services: Includes basic replacement, revamping, upgrading, mechanical, piping, electrical services, and external civil works for plant and utilities.
