2. Territory ~ 6.7 ha on which there is a small railway ramp, two warehouse buildings, the small one ~ 850 sq. m. and the largest one ~ 1,600 sq. m. (car transport sheds with 4 m wide doors and 4 m high ceilings);

3. Territory with various types of buildings ~ 6 ha, of which are currently conditionally used:

- Guard building;

- Administrative building;

- Fire station - garage for fire engine;

- Two road transport box buildings ~ 850 sq. m. each and the areas attached to them.
