Manpower Security Business Seeking Loan in Dhaka, Bangladesh

- Startup group started 3 years ago with multiple companies under its umbrella.

1. Personal security services with 126 security guards and 15 clients:

- Maximum revenue comes from this company at BDT 15 lakh.

- Revenue model e. g. client pays us BDT 15,000 and we pay the guard BDT 3,000 and we make money from the difference.

- Good connections with LG Butterfly with 3,375+ outlets across Bangladesh.

- Valid license from Labour Ministry for recruiting security guards.

- Clients include Sunderban Courier Service, Ethical Paper Mill, and LG Butterfly. In talks with Igloo Ice Cream as well.

2. Interior design company:

- Successfully completed 19 interior projects. Still, 3 are in process.

- 10-15% gross margin across all projects.

- We charge about BDT 170 per sq. ft.

- This company brought in BDT 13-15 lakh in sales last month.

3. Educational consulting house that has affiliations with 15 universities in 3 destinations:

- In some cases, students pay us and in some cases, the colleges pay us (

- Colleges pay us anywhere between 5-20% of the total college fees.

- Also train students for IELTS, have 15-20 students.

4. Travel agency:

• Only flight tickets and local tour packages in Bangladesh.

• No IATA licensing, will take 1 year.

• USP is group tours of many female solo travelers.

• BDT 2-3 lakh comes from this.

5. HR consultancy services.

• 5 corporate clients including Bengal Well Being and Epson India Pvt Ltd.

• We are hiring for Epson India's Bangladesh operations.

• 5-10 BDT lakh revenue from this.

The management member handling the group has:

- 23 years of experience in HR consultancy services.

- Very good connections and network as CHRO of a reputed MNC in Bangladesh.

Interior design & development, student consultancy services, training centre, HR consultancy, event management firm, fitness centre, advertising agency, import-export, and the online newspaper.

Tangible assets:

- Computers, high-configuration PCs, and laptops.

- Furniture like tables, chairs, and cabinets.
