In the C2C IT staffing landscape, we operate by connecting with clients who provide us with their requirements on one side, and with software companies that have a pool of available resources on the other side. Our role is to carefully select candidates who possess the necessary skills or possess rare and valuable skills, ensuring they are readily available at an appropriate cost. This process enables us to deliver added value to our clients.
Our revenue is generated through the margin between the bill rate and the pay rate. Once a candidate is successfully placed, we invoice our clients on a monthly basis, while our suppliers invoice us. This payment arrangement continues on a monthly basis as long as the candidate remains engaged in the placement.
We have attained a growth of 825% since the start of this year.
We are IT Staffing Aggregators and utilize technology platforms to facilitate business operations. We use AI-based VMS and ATS to manage our business.

From the demand side, we offer vetted profiles, coordinate interviews, handle onboarding formalities, and resolve any post-onboarding issues. Our dedicated account managers manage clients and vendors, handle job postings, resolve gaps in job descriptions, vetting profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate pricing, and manage post-onboarding activities. With our comprehensive approach, we bridge the talent gap and empower businesses to thrive in the digital era.
