We are a Brazilian company that serves private and public clients, medium and large, who need a construction partner who is capable of serving companies that have QS9000, ISO9000, ISO14001 and OHSAS certification, and in these cases, require total quality in teams, services and procedures employed by its suppliers. We are registered with all licensing bodies for engineering activities, such as the Engineering Council, Petrobrás, Federal, State and Municipal Regulations, Labor, Tax and Accounting. We conduct the project to obtain greater profitability and effectiveness within the expected regularity and good technique.

We work with those interested in setting up plants in Brazil, from initial studies with basic drawings, through construction in all disciplines such as civil, electrical and mechanical, until the handover of the keys, as we call here: "turn key".

We work on three to fifteen projects annually.

Depending on the size, a project can take from six months to three years.

We keep in touch with six clients each year, but have already worked with twenty, counting 500+ along the period of our activities, since inception.

Our customers are 100% commercial. We do not work directly with homeowners. However, we develop buildings, where in this case the apartment owners do not have a relationship with us, but rather with the companies participating in the development, such as a real estate company and the administrator of the condominium created.

The reason for growth is that we have worked on more projects this year as compared to last year.

We have a headquarters office in Guarulhos São Paulo BR, with project departments, a warehouse, budgets, engineering and all administrative sectors to better manage your project distributed in an area of five hundred square meters on three floors, in addition to offices and teams resident in the works we carry out.

The company prefers to carry out a self-financed project where the disbursement is made in proportion to the progress of construction and services performed. However, it has good relationships with financial institutions that can evaluate customers and grant them medium and long-term credit for their investments, in firm partnership with our contract, projects and credibility documents in each operation.

The company has two shareholder directors, one a civil engineer and the other an electromechanical engineer, with equal participation of fifty percent each.
