- Production block 3: There are 16 reactor slots in this block of which 14 reactors are presently installed with reaction volumes of 40 KL. This block also contains equipment for handling high-temperature reactions, hydrogenation, and high vacuum distillation. There is a cleanroom for API production as well.

- Pilot plant: There is a separate pilot plant having 10 reactors ranging from 50 Liters to 500 Liters. It is used to scale up operations from 5 kg - 100 kg levels. The Pilot plant is capable of handling multifaceted operations like.

- High pressure reactions (10 to 50 kg/cm2)

- Fractional distillation.

- Solvent recovery: The company has 2 distillation columns of 450 dia and 250 dia.
