It has separate dedicated manufacturing processing areas such as seed storage areas known as primary storage house, separate seed cleaning areas, seed crushing areas with advanced manufacturing machines used in industries, separate oil storage area, and dedicated packing unit area. The facility also has 3,000 plus dual built up area used for office and other activities which can be further used as per requirement.

The business was self-funded, with banking support from the Oriental Bank of Commerce which is now known as Punjab National Bank. The facility was granted with INR 90 lakhs term loan for 7 years which has been paid on time. Around INR 27 -28 lakhs is left to be paid rest amount has been cleared. The facility also has a cash credit account of INR1.40 crores which is being used for day-to-day operation. The owner has a 100% stake.
