The company provides outbound and inbound call centre services such as telesales, web-based customer support solutions such as web chat and email response, consulting and QMS. We have 15-20 clients. Clients are Indian companies, US and Canada firms. We have 50 workstations and we work in 2 shifts. This business requires high manpower but salary pay is relatively low.
